iEphemeris Pro moonrise/set problems

Today I noticed the times for moonrise/set were off by an hour. Two other apps gave the correct time. This is not acceptable. I am deleting this app.

Version 1.7: the moonrise/set times are wrong. Now the App Store apparently wants more money just to upgrade to ver 1.9? I am deleting this app. Sun n Moon and MoonPhase give correct moonrise/set which I need for moonlight photography.
